MENS RACING TEAM
The CDF Men's Racing Team provides ambitious Under-19, Under-23 and elite cyclists with a high-performance pathway built around long-term athlete development.
The program brings together emerging and experienced riders, creating an environment where purposeful racing, experienced mentorship and shared standards help athletes develop the skills, habits and professionalism required to progress through the sport.
Competition at local, national (ProVelo Super League, Nationals & Oceanias), and international level provides opportunities to challenge and develop each athlete over multiple seasons. Rather than prioritising short-term results, CDF focuses on supporting every rider to reach their potential while contributing positively to the team environment and preparing for sustained success both on and off the bike.
