WOMEN'S RACING TEAM
The CDF Women's Racing Team provides ambitious Under-19, Under-23 and elite cyclists with a supportive high-performance pathway designed around long-term athlete development.
Bringing together emerging and experienced riders, the program combines purposeful racing, mentoring and high-performance support to help athletes build the skills, confidence, resilience and professionalism required to progress through the sport.
Athletes compete locally, nationally (ProVelo Super League, Nationals, & Oceanias) and internationally while being coached and managed internally through Exercise Institute. This connects training, wellbeing and race preparation within one long-term development system. Experienced riders provide leadership and mentoring, helping emerging athletes build the skills and professionalism required to progress through the sport.
