Developing riders for racing and life.
The CDF Racing Program supports aspiring junior, female and male cyclists through connected development environments built around quality coaching, sports science, mentoring and meaningful racing opportunities.
More than a race calendar.
The CDF Racing Program provides a comprehensive athlete development pathway for aspiring junior, female and male cyclists. Delivered with the support of Exercise Institute, the program combines coaching, sports science and performance psychology to support each athlete’s individual growth.
Rather than focusing solely on short-term results, CDF prioritises the long-term development of high-performance habits, practical life skills, resilience and athlete wellbeing. Riders are supported to understand the demands of the sport, take ownership of their development and contribute positively to the teams and communities around them.
The pathway is delivered through the CDF Junior Cycling Academy, Women’s Racing Team and Men’s Racing Team, with the CDF Supporters Racing Team providing a structured racing and community environment for older recreational and competitive cyclists.
