Brady Gilmore Signs with The Israel Premier Tech Pro Team for 2026 – ’28
The Cycling Development Foundation (CDF) is proud to congratulate alumnus Brady Gilmore on signing his first WorldTour contract with Israel – Premier Tech, where he will compete at the highest level of professional cycling from 2026 through 2028.
Brady’s journey with CDF began in 2021, when he joined our Racing Program. From the outset, Brady immersed himself in the training and racing culture fostered through our service partner, Exercise Institute, under the coaching guidance of Brad Hall. Over the years, this program has been instrumental in supporting Brady’s development – not only as a rider but also as a professional athlete with the resilience, racecraft, and mindset needed for success at the top tier of the sport.
Reflecting on his time with CDF, Brady said:
“CDF played a big role in getting me going on the road towards signing my first pro contract with IPT. It gave me the chance to race a proper calendar, learn how to race as part of a team, and build some good habits early on. Working with Brad Hall and the Exercise Institute team was a big part of that. They helped me understand what it takes to keep improving year after year – and I’ve kept working with them ever since. It was a good group, a good environment, and it set me up well for the next steps. Big thanks to everyone involved back then who gave me a shot – I appreciated it then, and I appreciate the great support I still get today.”
From his early days racing the National Road Series and taking wins at Oceania Championships, to representing teams in Europe and learning the intricacies of WorldTour-level racing, Brady has shown admirable commitment and a willingness to learn. His progress is a reflection of his dedication, his resilient mindset, the support of his family, and the collaborative environment we strive to create within CDF ecosystem.
“Seeing Brady take this next step is incredibly rewarding for everyone involved,” said Brad Hall, CDF Performance Director and Head Coach at Exercise Institute. “We’ve worked together since 2021, and from the very beginning, Brady showed the mindset and work ethic of a rider determined to find his potential. It’s been a privilege to coach him through each stage of his development, and I have no doubt he’ll make a strong impact on the WorldTour. This is also a proud moment for his family, who have supported him every step of the way.”
We would also like to acknowledge and thank the sponsors, partners, and supporters who have backed CDF’s Racing Program over the years. Your contribution has directly helped facilitate opportunities like Brady’s, allowing us to develop athletes through structured coaching, a domestic & international racing calendar, and the values that prepare them for careers at the highest level.
From his first CDF race right through to this moment, we’ve been proud to be part of Brady’s journey – and we’ll be right behind him on as he takes on the biggest races in the world.
