Training Camp 2024
A four-day road and gravel cycling experience that brought riders together in Western Australia’s South West while raising funds for Cycling Development Foundation programs.
In August 2024, a group of like-minded cyclists travelled through Wellington National Park and the surrounding South West forests as part of a unique four-day fundraising training camp.
The event combined supported road and gravel riding, shared experiences and personal development with fundraising for the Cycling Development Foundation’s community and athlete programs.
The Cycling Development Foundation delivers programs across diverse community settings, including First Nations communities, youth development, women in cycling and elite athlete pathways. Experiences such as the Training Camp demonstrate how cycling can create connection, encourage self-improvement and generate meaningful support for this work.
