Two CDF Graduates Named for the Tour de France Femmes

The Cycling Development Foundation is proud to celebrate another significant milestone, with two former CDF riders named on the start list for the 2026 Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift.

Of the five Australians selected to contest the world’s biggest women’s stage race, Lucie Fityus and Mackenzie Coupland both progressed through the CDF Racing Program before taking the next step in their professional careers.

From CDF to the WorldTour

Lucie spent four years racing as part of the CDF Elite Women’s Team, while Mackenzie came through the CDF Junior Cycling Academy before spending two seasons with the Elite Women’s Team.

Both riders moved on from the Cycling Development Foundation at the end of 2023. Less than three years later, they will line up together at the biggest race in women’s cycling.

A Pathway That Continues to Deliver

Their selection is another example of the strength of the CDF athlete pathway, which supports riders from grassroots participation through to elite international competition.
