BOND Junior Cycling’s philosophy is to provide assistance and encouragement for junior elite cyclists through the Veris Race Team and its associates

The Cycling Development Foundation, via the Veris Racing team, is pleased to announce a partnership with BOND Junior Cycling. Veris Racing athletes will be recipients of scholarship funding directed toward junior development only in line with BOND Junior Cycling’s emphasis on developing star cycling talent.

BOND Junior Cycling trustee Lisa Bond commented on this partnership saying,

“My husband Jim was fortunate enough to participate in cycling and racing as a youth in the UK and has many fond memories and continues to ride to this day, we view the opportunity to support a youth team within Veris Racing as a unique way for the Bond family to ensure that others get the chance to chase there cycling dream.”

CDF director, Brad Hall, commented on this partnership,

“This is a really exciting development for the Veris Racing team. Not since the talent identification programs of almost 10 years ago have their been dedicated pathways for elite junior cycling sport in Western Australia. We now have an opportunity to directly fund junior development and programs nationally for Veris Racing athletes. Through the support of the Bond Junior Cycling program we are now very much able to offer cyclists real funding toward their goals on road while being mindful of their scholastic, community and even corporate obligations as a scholarship holder.”

Veris Racing is expected to announce a funded program for junior athletes within its program shortly that will include national elite junior cycling events.
